Vac-Ex Machines Built for Safety, Control & Performance
Our Vac-Ex machines are built around reliability, compliance, and precision excavation.
The fleet is made up of RSP suction excavators on Mercedes chassis, all fitted with slew and height restrictors to enhance site safety.
Every vehicle operates to FORS Silver standards and is equipped with 360° recording cameras and driver-facing dashcams, alongside full live vehicle tracking for complete operational control.
We use versatile power arm and flexible ‘floppy’ arm systems to handle a wide range of excavation scenarios, supported by Euro 6 compliant engines across the fleet for reduced emissions and efficiency. For restricted or hard-to-reach environments, we deploy smaller compact units and tracked remote systems, ensuring safe and effective excavation even where standard access is limited.
The design of our vac-ex machines aims to minimise noise and disruption, thereby preserving a favourable environment for both employees and the public.
With a fleet of 30 Suction Excavators, we are equipped to undertake a variety of industrial projects, including water treatment and railway maintenance, potentially boosting productivity by a factor of ten or more.
